Thank you for supporting Dirt Gear Co.! Satisfaction guaranteed or we will give you the choice of a full refund, store credit, or an exchange, no questions asked. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be shipped within 60 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at dirtgearco@gmail.com or reach out through the messenger on dirtgearco.com to obtain a shipping label. After receiving your shipping label via email, follow the instructions included in the email to ensure it is shipped back.
Return shipping charges will be taken care of by Dirt Gear Co. with a prepaid shipping label.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
