I had ordered this hat for my boyfriend for Christmas on Monday. I expedited the shipping and it was here on Friday(today)! When I opened the box I found two hats, stickers, and a handwritten note saying “we watched the shipping and something was not right. We didn’t want it to miss Christmas so we reshaped the hat. You may end up with two packages” the people who run this company are the most considered and not to mention their product is high quality. Props to them for being so kind.
