I got an email two weeks after placing my order asking how I liked everything. I hadn’t received my order yet and the shipment tracking app “shop” showed no information. In this review email I have a 1 start review because I hadn’t received my order.. I did not notice the review was going to be posted to google.. so please ignore a 1 star review. Someone contacted me saying they’d look into everything and with in a day or to it said the order was on its way on the “shop” tracking app. Once they looked into my order it only took two days or so to get to Virginia from Utah amd they even threw in a second free hat. Both hats are Richardson’s and high quality.
